Joe and Winnie completed their family with the arrival of their fourth child, Randall Dean Long on July 17, 1957. Randy was born with club feet, he had to have both feet broke to straighten them and casts were placed on his tiny feet. As he grew, he required a second set around 4 mos old. Winnie was 27 years old and managed four children under the age of 8 years - she found herself to be a busy Mommy!
